- Establish and lead the Bank’s procurement control function
- Develop and implement a centralized procurement function, including policies, procedures, processes, for the purpose of securing compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and Group minimum standards and industry best practices
- Foster strong relationship with suppliers and internal cross-functional collaborators, ensuring effective communication, risk management and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement cost optimization strategies
- Manage new vendors on-boarding process including vendor selection due diligence process
- Annual compliance and risk assessment process on existing vendors
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes, particularly the upcoming DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) regulation, and ensure that the procurement function aligns with regulatory requirements
- Updating procurement’s policies and procedures
- Master’s Degree in Procurement, Business, Finance, Law, Economics
- Strong prior experience (at least 5 years) in a similar function ideally within a Luxembourg Bank or an Asset Servicing entity:
- Very good command in MS Office tools
- Proactive, teamwork, good communication and especially negotiation skills
- Quality-driven, detail-oriented, good organisation skills
- Very good level of English, French is a plus
