KYC Director (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for the leadership across various KYC functions in the lifecycle of a client
• Close collaboration with global colleagues to make sure transitions and responsibilities between functions/regions are clear and that operational targets are fulfilled
• Push the corporate KYC strategic policy agenda for the EMEA Secrecy venues (including Luxembourg, Belgium and Switzerland) in accordance with the overall global KYC agenda (travelling between these locations will be necessary)
• Managing and overseeing of both local and remote team managers and their corresponding teams
• Define and quantify core performance and risk indicators to quantify service delivery
• Establish and maintain close working relationships with KYC Ops Directors, Team Managers, Audit, Lines Business Units, Compliance and Technology Operations, to deliver consistent quality Delivery
• Compliance with and support of the business values and ethical framework
• Manage an environment where employee leadership and growth is a top priority

• Substantial management and leadership experience in the technology, operations, strategy and/ or front office areas of a bank
• Profound knowledge of the regulatory environment impacting a global financial services company
• Ability to manage and monitor detailed metrics, financial data, risks and concerns
• Extensive experience in change and project management
• Fluency in English is mandatory, any other language is highly desirable
