They are actively committed to their clients and are transparent in their investment decisions.As Operational Risk Manager (F/M), you will be part of the Compliance & Internal Control team and report to the Global Head of Compliance based in Paris.Key Responsibilities:
- Framework Maintenance: Maintain the OR and Outsourcing framework globally, addressing local requirements to support senior management in decision-making.
- Risk Mapping: Maintain an up-to-date OR and Outsourcing mapping, assessing operational and business areas across the organization and providing senior management with improvement areas and mitigation recommendations.
- Compliance Assessment: Evaluate ongoing compliance of the framework with applicable regulations for various entities within the group (e.g., AMF, CSSF, FCA) and contribute to regulatory monitoring.
- Policy Development: Develop and promote operational risk and outsourcing policies and standards.
- Monitoring Program: Develop and execute a 2nd Line of Defense (2LOD) monitoring program covering critical OR and outsourcing matters, including IT-related risks.
- Key Risk Indicators: Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and maintain a "Key Risk Indicators" report for risk management and identification.
- Incident Management: Act as a critical stakeholder in the incident management framework, ensuring thorough incident analysis.
- Risk Assessment and Monitoring: Participate in preparing the Group Compliance Risk Assessment, draft Compliance Monitoring Program, and execute monitoring within the specified areas of expertise.
- Awareness Initiatives: Maintain awareness of operational risk and outsourcing matters throughout the organization through training and awareness sessions.
- Expertise: At least five years of experience in Operational Risk Management (in an Asset Management Company, Bank, Big4).
- Communication: Strong French and English skills, autonomy.
- Regulatory Familiarity: Understand Capital Adequacy regulations.
- Proactivity: Anticipate and provide solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Build effective relationships across all levels.
- Organization: Manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
