
Customer Experience Solutions Specialist (f/m/d)

- Technical implementation and global rollout of the Omnichannel contact center solution across multiple Business Units and Regions
- Translate business needs into technical specifications while maintaining a global view, coordinating with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Perform contact center system configurations and testing, validating that the tool functions as intended and aligns with customer experience and operational needs
- Train and support teams across the organization, providing ongoing guidance and post-launch assistance
- Create and maintain clear documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices for future scalability
- Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement of the contact center solution
- Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Proven track record in delivering enterprise technology rollouts in global organizations
- Outstanding attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Hands-on mentality and experienced in tool configuration and testing
- Self-driven personality
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across business units, cultures, and time zones
- Deep understanding of contact center technologies, or CRM systems, including their interdependencies and impact on customer experience. Experience of Talkdesk would be considered an asset
- Fluent in English is mandatory
