  • You will be responsible for providing legal advice on matters such as fund structuring and financing.
  • You will be required to draft and review legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and legal opinions.
  • You will participate in board meetings and contribute to legal discussions.
  • Keeping up to date with new regulations will be part of your daily responsibilities.
  • You will liaise with clients as well as third parties, including lawyers and notaries.
Profile and Career Path | Finance – Lax – Regulatory – Investment funds – Legal
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a fund lawyer or legal counsel within a law firm, a PFS, or a fiduciary in Luxembourg, which will help you feel comfortable and confident in your new role.
  • You are fluent in both English and German, ensuring smooth and effective communication with clients and third parties.
  • In this position, being proactive and well-organized is essential to ensure that deadlines are consistently met.
  • While you are an excellent team player, you are also capable of working independently and managing your tasks autonomously.
