Fund Accountant (m/w/d)

- Accounting / Controlling of self-managed Real Estate Funds and underlying entities
- Reconciliation of external HoldCo/PropCo accounts against business plan
- Preparation of year-end financial statements (Lux GAAP)
- Coordinate and review ongoing tax topics for above mentioned companies.
- Prepare quarterly management and statutory reports
- Liquidity management and appropriate file management
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with our internal and external clients and service providers
- Administrative / operational tasks within our Luxembourg branch
- Collaborate in the design and optimization of related processes
- Participate in ad-hoc projects
- At least 3 years professional accounting experience, preferably in an international Real estate environment
- Sound knowledge of Lux GAAP accounting principles
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Able to work in an organized and structured manner with attention to detail, whilst remaining flexible and able to prioritize workload to deliver to deadlines
- Strong communication skills, be self-motivated and a team player
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English and German, French would be a plus
- Willing to travel occasionally
