Finance Manager - Major PE house

• Performing and reviewing all Luxembourgish activities such as accounting, tax and corporate administration for different types of assets/vehicles/funds
• Supervision of a small team of operational individuals
• Active participation to identify and solve complex matter linked to accounting, reporting, tax, operations, in Luxembourg or locally for each asset
• Overseeing the corporate administration for the various entities across Europe, including board documentation if necessary
• Overseeing all activity linked to cash management (payments, bank processes) if linked to major event
• Being a active and strong stakeholder for advisors and third parties

• Bachelor or master's in accounting and Finance
• A proven experience (min 5/6 years) in a similar position, already working in an in-house role within a fund, a holding or AIFM Manco
• Strong knowledge in corporate accounting and corporate administration
• Experience in translating complex deal financial transactions into accounting entries
• Fluent in English; Any other European language is an asset, especially French
• Strong ability to drive and influence required
• Nice and pleasant personality, with ability to integrate and manage a team
• Excellent communicator, both with team members and top management
• Flexible, proactive, autonomous, self-driven, meticulous, straight to the point
