- Coordinating IT support functions: The AMDS IT Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and coordinating the various support functions required to maintain the organization's IT systems. This may involve coordination of various CIOs within AMDS and developing and overseeing synergies relating to help desk support, network administration, system maintenance, and security.
- Managing large vendor relationships with Europe IT and Group IT (Microsoft, SAP, …): The AMDS IT Coordinator will work with external vendors to procure hardware, software, and services required to maintain the organization's IT systems. They will be responsible for managing these relationships and ensuring that the vendors deliver the expected level of service and support.
- IT Integration: Coordinate the IT integration of any new acquisitions.
- IT cost and manpower reporting: The AMDS IT Coordinator will be responsible for tracking and reporting on IT costs and expenses and manpower needs. This may involve managing IT budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing reports for senior management.
- Cybersecurity Coordination
- Promoting ERP harmonization
- Coordination and implementation of IT projects
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CCIE are preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT, in a leadership role.
- Experience managing IT teams.
- Project Management, Roll outs and IT Integration
- In-depth knowledge of IT security and infrastructure technologies and best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, identity and access management systems, encryption, and data loss prevention.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
- Office suite, Power BI
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.
- English is mandatory. Mastery of additional one or more European language is a plus.
