Job DescriptionJoin Our Team – Administrative Role in a Single Family Office (Part-Time)
Location: Remich (border area)
Working Hours: 20–26 hours per weekWe are a Single-Family Office looking for a reliable and motivated Administrative Colleague (Finance / Accounting / General Administration) to support our daily operations.Your Responsibilities

Act as point of contact for banks and other financial/service partners regarding payments and KYC procedures
Liaise with our external accountant regarding bookkeeping, VAT declarations and annual account preparation
Manage payment transactions and general office administration
Process legal and financial documentation; maintain databases and accounting records

Your Skills and Experience

Native-level German or Dutch, with fluent English
A commercial diploma, degree in business administration, or similar qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience
Experience in bookkeeping would be an advantage
A structured, accurate, and independent working style
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to prioritize
Team player with organizational talent and motivation
Experience handling KYC processes
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
