  • Working with fund NAV information to provide submission ready Annex IV reporting
  • Working as part of a small team to deliver and maintain a high level of client service
  • Managing client relationships
  • Review and understand AIFMD Annex IV specific information to ensure correct data enhancement has been done
  • Keeping up to date on developments in the regulatory world concerning Annex IV, Form PF and Solvency II among others, with a view to identifying development needs and opportunities within our products
  • Opportunity to gain exposure to international regulations and broader regulatory and compliance projects
  • Opportunity to contribute to the further expansion of the team and to take on management responsibilities
Skills Required
  • Ability to understand and apply regulations for information collection, processing and presentation
  • Knowledge of fund accounting and AIFMD or other funds industry regulations an advantage
  • Book-keeping and data processing skills would be an advantage
  • Strong planning and organisational skills to ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work with all levels within the organisation as well as external stakeholders
  • Professional attitude and good attention to detail
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and varied decision-making scenarios
  • Self-motivated, can work off own initiative
  • An appetite to develop skills and broaden knowledge base
  • Good interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements
