- This is a demanding but highly rewarding role, allowing you exposure to broad and diverse areas of the Amazon business and the opportunity to work with senior leadership teams on a multitude of exciting tasks.
- You will generally be responsible for organising agendas and ensuring optimum manager productivity, including ensuring successful follow up of action items, preparing documentation for meetings, assisting with presentations and a variety of other day to day administrative tasks.
- Demonstrable experience supporting senior management gained in a fast-paced administrative capacity is required.
- You will ideally have supported a General Manager level manager in previous roles.
- Positive outlook, proactive, very detail-oriented and driven to succeed.
- Ability to handle administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
- Proven ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English language - both written and spoken
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
