Level 3 support teams will also support you.YOUR ROLEAnalyze and resolve Infrastructure related Incidents, escalated by Service Desk,Includes: Workstation, Telephony, Mailing, Mobility & Printing related incidents,Calling end-users for Incident Troubleshooting,Close interaction with Service Desk and level 3 services facilitating the resolution or dispatching of Incidents,Coordinate with different IT Departments (packaging, security, system, network, etc.)YOUR PROFILECurrently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer scienceMotivated individuals who have shown a genuine interest in IT support and problem-solvingSound interest in Windows environments and administration tools: Windows 11, Office 365/2019, Active Directory, Exchange environmentSound interest in scripting (PowerShell) and automationKnowledge of Citrix / virtualization, Splunk, Nexthink, general deployment & packaging concepts (SCCM, App-V) will be appreciatedProactive, able to work quickly under stress and having good technical investigation skillsCurious, autonomous, organized, detail oriented with a sense of priorities and a strong team spiritStrong interpersonal skills, helping you to communicate effectively with users and quickly build a network within the companyFluent in French and EnglishNB: Please be aware that in accordance with the current law and job requirements, the selected candidate will be requested to provide a criminal record (section 3).Our Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values.
