And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold, industry-changing realities.For our business, for clients, and for youThe Transfer Agent serves as the primary point of contact for all investors, ensuring the prompt and accurate processing of investor instructions in line with Apex’s standards and cut-off times. They are responsible for maintaining the shareholder register and verifying that all client transactions comply with KYC/AML requirements. Additionally, the Transfer Agent manages daily reporting to various counterparties and actively contributes to projects related to transfer agency operations.Job Specification:
  • Be the point of contact for Clients, Investors and Group offices.
  • Collect, analyse and place the investors’ instructions received in Transfer Agency for your Fund.
  • These instructions include inter alia Capital call (Subscriptions), Distributions (Redemptions), Transfers.
  • Working with different TA systems.
  • Managing a dedicated mailbox for Clients and Investors.
  • Apply diligence, attention to detail and respect of deadlines.
  • Be Client focussed and strive to provide excellence in the service to Investors, internal and external Clients.
  • Prepare and review the daily/monthly/ad-hoc Fund Reporting as well as the necessary Client reporting.
  • Apply the controls implemented by the Group.
  • File the documents as required and maintain the client’s records.
  • Act in respect of the regulatory framework, the internal procedures, guidelines and code of conduct.
Skills Required:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in transfer agency operations in a dealing role or in the Luxembourg fund services industry, specifically for close ended entities (Private equity/Private Debt).
  • Have a financial accounting knowledge/ experience is an edge.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • System knowledge of Mantra, Investran, Paxus and/or eFront, ICX is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills and a truly client servicing mindset;
  • Good interpersonal skills and sense of teamwork.
  • Committed to self-improvement.
  • Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under high pressure.
  • Ability to deliver within agreed deadlines.
  • Fluent in English. Any additional language is an advantage.
