
HR Business Partner (M/F) Opportunity in Luxembourg

- Collaborate with line management to provide strategic HR guidance.
- Conduct regular meetings with business units to address needs and challenges.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues with thorough and objective investigations.
- Provide day-to-day performance management support to leadership.
- Partner with Talent Development to gather insights and support workforce growth.
- Foster positive work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention.
- Ensure HR policies are clearly communicated and interpreted.
- Consult with internal legal counsel on sensitive personnel matters.
- Develop employment terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
- Align HR practices with the company's Talent & Reward policies.
- Provide insights on workforce planning, succession planning, and business restructuring.
- Identify and address training and development needs within the organization.
- At least 3 years of experience in handling complex employee relations issues.
- Fluency in English and French (German is a plus!).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Creative thinker with a structured approach to managing workload.
- Salary: Up to €73,000 per year, depending on experience.
