You’ll work closely with leadership to understand workforce needs, champion HR processes, and ensure compliance with local legislation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building strong workplace relationships.Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with line management to provide strategic HR guidance.
  • Conduct regular meetings with business units to address needs and challenges.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues with thorough and objective investigations.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management support to leadership.
  • Partner with Talent Development to gather insights and support workforce growth.
  • Foster positive work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention.
  • Ensure HR policies are clearly communicated and interpreted.
  • Consult with internal legal counsel on sensitive personnel matters.
  • Develop employment terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
  • Align HR practices with the company's Talent & Reward policies.
  • Provide insights on workforce planning, succession planning, and business restructuring.
  • Identify and address training and development needs within the organization.
Who You AreWe’re looking for a talented HR professional with the following qualifications and skills:Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in handling complex employee relations issues.
  • Fluency in English and French (German is a plus!).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Creative thinker with a structured approach to managing workload.
