Each role is a new challenge to take on!Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the Head of IT and working closely with colleagues from related IT departments, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of the IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Implementation:

Design, deploy, and supervise infrastructure solutions (Windows, virtualization, storage, backup, networks). Integrate new technologies and maintain documentation. Ensure system performance and resilience.

Support & Expertise:

Act as technical lead for critical incidents. Collaborate with support teams to maintain system operations. Recommend process and software improvements.

Security & Compliance:

Work with the CISO to ensure infrastructure compliance with security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO). Contribute to the implementation of access policies and best practices.

Projects & Vendors:

Participate in technical solution selection and RFPs. Monitor vendor performance and contractual commitments (SLAs). Support and manage infrastructure and cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
Your Profile:

Degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Advanced knowledge of VMware, Citrix, Windows Server / Active Directory, backup solutions, storage, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Intune, Azure AD)
Strong skills in networking and security (firewalls, segmentation, protocols) are a plus
Pragmatic, detail-oriented, service-minded, and analytical
Able to manage priorities and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Committed to continuous improvement and professional development
Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is an asset
