- Providing legal advice to internal stakeholders on banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Monitoring legal and regulatory developments in Luxembourg and ensuring company compliance.
- Handling legal matters related to customer agreements, financial products, and services.
- Collaborating with external legal advisors when necessary.
- Supporting the resolution of legal disputes and addressing customer complaints.
- Ensuring alignment with internal policies and industry standards in financial services.
- Contributing to internal training sessions on legal and regulatory topics.
- A degree in law, with a focus on banking, finance, or corporate law.
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in a legal role within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of private banking laws and regulatory frameworks in Luxembourg.
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English and French.
