
Client Service Manager

- Maintain accurate and active service temperature checks for all Clients within your portfolio.
- Understands the Client’s business to anticipate their servicing needs and provide appropriate support.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, internally/externally, to effectively resolve client issues/escalations.
- Analyse and interpret client data to identify trends, collaborating with other members of the Client Service team and broader Apex Group client facing units.
- Own and drive consistent positive client experience.
- Understand client needs, ensuring proactive approach including regular service meetings.
- Proficient English business language skills, both written and oral.
- 5+ years of equivalent work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build sustainable, engaging and meaningful relationships.
