- Lead complex projects related to outsourcing governance across PayPal’s legal entities and corporate structures.
- Advocate and champion PayPal outsourcing management framework and governance culture, foster close relationship across regulated entities and risk management programs.
- Resolve complex problems by applying functional expertise and understanding current business trends.
- Develop methods and procedures for new assignments to improve global processes.
- Provide valuable insights on corporate governance and compliance to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of entity management strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across all Functional Areas to monitor group and third-party outsourced service provider relationships, driving resolution and timely closure of non-performance issues against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Present timely status updates to senior management
- Operationalize Affiliate Services processes for newly licensed / regulated entities globally with respect to Outsourcing obligations
- Prepare outsourcing updates to the risk committee’s and PayPal Boards
- Assist in contract review processes related to intercompany and third-party outsourcing agreements
- Support key stakeholders in PayPal entities receiving services and assist with the collation and reporting of any data, queries or remediation efforts relating to the services provided
- Drive continuous improvement in the monitoring processes required to meet business or regulatory needs
