Develop and maintain Java-based services on AWS platform, focusing on creating new functionalities and extending existing services.
Design and implement RESTful APIs on AWS to facilitate communication between various components of the system.
Utilize Redshift database and Step functions for data processing and workflow orchestration respectively.
Employ CDK development using TypeScript to provision and manage AWS resources.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
Take ownership of backend tasks, including coordination with customer tech teams for technical changes in upstream/downstream systems.
Prepare and deliver technical documentation, operational playbooks, and guides for the customer's technical team.

| What do we expect from you?

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency (Level 300/400) in AWS Java backend development with at least 8 years of experience.
Deep understanding of AWS services such as Lambda and S3 for software development.
Demonstrated expertise (Level 200/300) in RESTful API development on AWS.
Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
Experience working in an agile environment with a focus on delivering high-quality software.
Ability to lead backend development efforts independently, including interaction with customer tech teams.
Proficient in producing technical documentation and operational guides.
