In this role, you will act as a key partner in delivering HR services across recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee relations, compliance.Your most critical deliverables for this role are:· Configure and maintain the HRIS platform· Provide technical support and training; create user guides and e-learning modules· Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job ads and induction plans· Coordinate offboarding and ensure compliance with medical exams and sickness tracking· Organize and track training sessions and certifications· Maintain employee records and support HR projects· Handle logistics and provide backup support (hotels, taxis, catering, car fleet, etc)WHO YOU AREYour colleagues describe you as someone who takes accountability for their actions, is respectful of others, and remains resilient in the face of change.
