As Financial Reporting and Administrative Accountant your Key Responsibilities will be :
  • Manage the accounting of multiple entities consolidated at the holding level, adhering to Lux GAAP and IFRS standards.
  • Prepare statutory and interim balance sheets, reporting packages, and regulatory reports for Group companies, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines.
  • Generate reports for the CSSF, taking ownership of initial reporting for the newly created holding.
  • Handle Luxembourg invoicing, including invoice creation, payment, and follow-up.
  • Maintain accounting records and ensure adherence to defined methodology.
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns and tax returns, including consolidated filings.
  • Input and maintain data in the platform, including sub-consolidated balance sheets and reconciliation of data.
  • Extract and analyze consolidated data, prepare journal entries, and produce reports for the Board of Directors.
  • Liaise with various offices and auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
  • Produce regulatory reporting and engage in dialogue with authorities such as CSSF and ECB.
Holding of a Banking Group|Join a growing and dynamic companyAs Financial Reporting and Administrative Accountant, you have :
  • University diploma in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, reporting, or external audit, preferably within the banking sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP, IFRS, and CSSF reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, Excel, and financial modeling techniques.
  • Fluency in English and French, and ideally also Italian
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in an international, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
