Job Description: Duties & Responsabilities :Manages a team of application systems support & transformation engineers, working together for these objectives:

Improves operational processes and supports critical business strategies by directing the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications systems.
Assist internal departments on their business applications needs
Develop professional relations with internal & eternal customer and establish effective solutions to meet business requirements.
Analyze business requirements and develop enhancements, solutions or strategies on how to answer
Prepare designs and maintain cost for various business application developments.
Work with business and IT teams and manage all project requirements.
Hire and monitor efficient work for the Internal Delivery teams (e.g. Internal Ecosystem) and External partners
Analyze current system processes and design functional requirements.
Manage efficient work of various teams and participate in associate activities.
Determine and analyze various processes and implement changes for improvement.
Collaborate with architectural and quality assurance team and achieve all quality deliverables.
Perform research and develop new systems and applications for the business needs
Plan budgets and manage all operations within control expenses.
Ensure all SOX/ITGC/CyberSecurity controls are in place

Education : Master Degree in Engineering / IT and/or Business Administration
Skills & Specifications :

Experience in transformations and service management for SAP, .Net, Office365, Azure
Exposure to Tax, treasury and Financial Consolidation Applications is a big advantage
Proficiency level: senior
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to details and technicalities
Excellent organizational and technical skills
Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

Work experience requirements :

Experience in global / large SAP environments
Experience in the BI / Reporting / Finance Domains
A Project or Service Management experience is welcome!
A good experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous.
Experience as a team manager
