Job DescriptionThe IT Support department is responsible for the daily operations and applications support. In order to reinforce the current team, we are looking for a person who will be responsible for the support of our main Banking Applications.In order to support our team, we are looking for an IT Application Support specialist on a permanent contract.Your main tasks will be:
  • Level 2-3 support the production environment, hosting innovation solutions and Olympic (ERI) and SWIFT issues
  • Root cause analysis of incidents
  • Coordinate with users and consultants for testing developments and corrections
  • Provide expert support on core applications to Project teams
Job requirements:
  • Studies in Information Technology
  • Relevant experience in support functions in banking environment
  • Very good knowledge of SWIFT, application and infrastructure, and Olympic technical side (Tables, SQL requests) are required
  • Knowledge of E2Gen, RIVA, GTMatch will be real assets
  • Knowledge of iSeries OS400, Windows, Linux will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluent in English. French is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
  • Fast learner and ability to quickly understand problems
  • Positive and proactive attitude towards new tasks
  • Customer and service-oriented mind-set - Focus on quality services
  • Good organisation skills and stress resilience
  • Good team player and communicator
  • Flexible regarding the working time (Availability to be on call outside business hours)
