- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade network infrastructure based on Cisco/Nexus technologies on campus and Data Center.
- Configure and manage network devices, such as routers, switches (stacking), Wifi controller, ISE.
- Participate in different IT infrastructure transformation projects, Microsoft Cloud solutions/migration.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, working with vendors or other IT teams as necessary.
- Maintain and improve network monitoring.
- Provide Technical Support (Level 3) to level 2 and help desk.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, configuration and policies, CMDB.
- Participate in capacity planning and network expansion projects, collaborate with other IT teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of new technologies.
- Build strong relationships with IT Security teams.
- Technology watch and provide recommendation to improve our client's infrastructure.
- Ensure related IT infrastructure technical security and procedures are implemented according to the defined Group IT Securities policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree or a Master degree in Computer Science, information/security systems or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering or related field.
- Certification such as CCNA, CCNP can be an asset.
- Automation such as Ansible, scripting can be an asset.
- You have the ITIL Foundation certification.
- Routing: BGP, OSPF, VRF.
- Switching: Spanning-tree, QinQ, MacSec.
- Security: NAC, certificate authentication (dot1x), MAB.
- Network cloud experience: Azure, AVS.
- Monitoring: PRTG, Splunk.
- Strong autonomy, available for no-business hour work.
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
