- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the partner, managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents and correspondence with utmost accuracy and attention to detail.
- Efficiently manage communication with clients, both domestically and internationally. This may include reception duties from time to time.
- Assist in coordinating legal projects and ensuring seamless workflow within the firm.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- At least 4 years of experience in a Law Firm in Luxembourg within a similar role is required.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Legal Secretary in the financial and legal sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and French (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
