
Production Operator (F/M/X)

- Operation of a few number of machines and work stations within a production line according to work instructions, including applicable Quality and HSE guidelines
- Removal of products from the machines
- Monitoring of processes, inspection of quality/safety characteristics
- Escalation of any detected concerns and problems (Quality and Safety) in line with escalation procedures
- Performing work station 5S activities and total production maintenance (TPM) in line with standard operating procedures
- Involvement in continuous improvement process
- Operate in 3 or 4 shifts according to the demand
- Experience in an industrial environment or/or basic level of technical qualifications
- Understanding of work steps and standard operating procedures of the specific machines and work stations
- Understanding of applicable HSE guidelines, quality and other relevant standards in the production
- Basic understanding of customer specific requirements and significant/critical characteristics (SC/CC)
- Flexibility and willingness to keep learning new things
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural Team
- Fluent in English, French and/or German
