- Support the integration of an Operational Control framework, including the design and implementation of operational control processes and metrics.
- Maintain records and trackers of operational activities and operational control projects.
- Assist in the development of new means of improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Analysing data to identify and track process weaknesses or trends that may require corrective actions.
- Help drive the execution and oversight of OCM projects and initiatives involving efficient coordination to ensure that deadlines are met in time and with the required data quality.
- Planning, scheduling and hosting intragroup meetings.
- Assist with internal and external reporting and project updates.
- Collaborate with interjurisdictional teams in a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Support ad-hoc requests and responsibilities as assigned.
- A certificate and/or qualification in Project Management, Administration, or similar.
- At least three yearsâ experience in OCM or related field.
- Team management, coaching and/or training experience.
- Excellent command of MS Office applications, MS Excel in particular.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication, organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivation & the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of alternative fund structures and asset classes (including real estate, private equity, private debt).
- Experience in regulatory reporting.
- An understanding of Luxembourg statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in data analysis and/or in writing Excel Macroâs, PowerBI reports and/or Power Queries would be an asset.
- Experience in SharePoint would be advantageous.
- Experience in change management, project management and/or business analysis would be an advantage.
