The team’s mandate is to ensure the development, maintenance and monitoring of operational controls, processes and procedures and to continually strengthen and streamline internal control practices and framework.In this OCM Assistant Manager role, you can expect to:
  • Support the integration of an Operational Control framework, including the design and implementation of operational control processes and metrics.
  • Maintain records and trackers of operational activities and operational control projects.
  • Assist in the development of new means of improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Analysing data to identify and track process weaknesses or trends that may require corrective actions.
  • Help drive the execution and oversight of OCM projects and initiatives involving efficient coordination to ensure that deadlines are met in time and with the required data quality.
  • Planning, scheduling and hosting intragroup meetings.
  • Assist with internal and external reporting and project updates.
  • Collaborate with interjurisdictional teams in a diverse and multicultural environment.
  • Support ad-hoc requests and responsibilities as assigned.
To apply for this OCM Assistant Manager role, you will require the following:Mandatory Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • A certificate and/or qualification in Project Management, Administration, or similar.
  • At least three years’ experience in OCM or related field.
  • Team management, coaching and/or training experience.
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications, MS Excel in particular.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivation & the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Knowledge of alternative fund structures and asset classes (including real estate, private equity, private debt).
  • Experience in regulatory reporting.
  • An understanding of Luxembourg statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in data analysis and/or in writing Excel Macro’s, PowerBI reports and/or Power Queries would be an asset.
  • Experience in SharePoint would be advantageous.
  • Experience in change management, project management and/or business analysis would be an advantage.
