Intern – Marketing & Communication (m/f)

• Master’s degree student in marketing, business, communications, or a related field looking for an internship (a tripartite internship agreement between the student, school, and company is mandatory).
• Looking for a 6-12 month internship in Luxembourg.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; any other language is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing software, social media management tools).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Previous experience or internship in marketing, particularly within the financial services industry, is a plus.

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our financial products and services.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Manage social media channels and online presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Assist with event planning and coordination for conferences, seminars, and other marketing events.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to financial services marketing.
