We are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the finance division of our project staffing recruitment team.
We would like to recruit someone with an entrepreneurial mind-set, a good team spirit and a person result oriented.
Your main mission will be to create and develop a network potential of clients and candidates..
You will be responsible of your own business, you will:
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients, analyse and understand their needs and advise them.
- Create your own candidate portfolio and introduce them new career opportunities in line with their expectations: you will act as their career advisor.
- Manage the whole recruitment process and its follow up.
- Be able to act as an expert in your market (knowledge of different regulations …).
- Give feedback to management on your market's evolution in order to receive the right tools and support.
- Reach your targets.
- A first experience as a recruitment consultant during which you are/were in charge of developing a portfolio of clients OR as sales person.
- A very good knowledge of French and English (oral/written).
- You have inquisitive mind, you possess excellent listening skills and you are a people person.
- We favour applicants having sales skills and a good team spirit.
