To reinforce our team, we are looking for a Service Desk, speaking French and English.
Your main responsibilities
- AD Users and group Management (create, Edit, Delete)
- Monthly Checklists (Expiring dates, Wrong information, Inactive accounts, Inactive Mailboxes)
- License Management within AD
- Minimal of Application User management (Méthode, Selligent,...)
- Deployment of software on workplaces
- Installation Support Manuel Software
- Installation and deliver Workplaces to end-user
- Responsible to deliver an On-Site workplace
- Stock Management
- Responsible of all Assets
- SPOC for the end-user
- Responsible
- to start Escalation Flow
- For the support of end users with soft- and Hardware
- For the installation of various software packages on the end user computers.
- To manage accounts and the different accesses, as well as for the entire employee inflow and outflow process
- Maintain the knowledge database and adjust/add the documentation where necessary
- Create Mobile-WiFi accounts
- On-Site LAN Patching
- Troubleshoot all Services and Applications in a 1st/2nd line position to support the end-user with Incidents and Service Requests
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- You have a technical degree (at least two years of higher education)
- French and English fluent. Dutch, Luxembourgish will be considered an advantage
- Good Knowledges in:
- Jira
- AD
- Cisco Jabber
- Office 365
- SCCM
- Power BI pro
- Efficientip
