Capellen, LuxembourgWe are currently looking for a colleague Corporate Paralegal to support the company in all corporate law matters. You will report to the General Counsel and serve as the key link in Luxembourg between the legal department and other teams. As corporate law specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company. Your key responsibilities includes:
  • Manage corporate housekeeping for the Jan De Nul Group, including filing official documents, publications and notarial deeds in Luxembourg.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in Luxembourg.
  • Drafting power of attorneys, board resolutions, annual shareholder meetings, etc.
  • Coordinating and receiving board signatures for documents and materials.
  • Providing contract support for standard corporate agreements, such as non-disclosure and agency agreements.
  • Providing support for documents and activities related to corporate restructurings, such as mergers, formations, and dissolutions.
  • Respond to internal requests in the context of Know Your Customer (KYC) matters.
  • Maintaining the intellectual property portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and GDPR.

  • A professional Bachelor in Legal Practice or an academic bachelor in Law degree
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in a law firm, corporate department, notary public, financial institution or other relevant experience.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Well-organized, committed to deliver quality work with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to details and deadlines.
  • Pro-active and critical mindset, willingness to work in team.
  • Familiar with legal terminology.
