This client is a fiduciary firm with a well-established presence, working closely with an array of clients including Private Equity and Real Estate firms, as well as banks and insurance companies. Advise on the structuring of cross-border investment funds and provide legal support for transactions.
Be involved in drafting legal opinions and reviewing a wide range of legal documentation.
Oversee specific corporate administration tasks as part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
Collaborate directly with clients and third parties, including legal firms and notaries.

Profile and Career Path | Legal – Lawyer – Attorney – Counsel – Law – Inhouse – Finance

You bring a minimum of five years of professional experience in Luxembourg in the field of investment funds law.
You are admitted to the bar, enabling you to act fully in a legal capacity.
You are fluent in both English and German, allowing you to interact seamlessly with international clients.
Your strong organizational abilities enable you to efficiently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

A gross annual salary that can reach up to €100,000, depending on your background and expertise.
