Information Security Officer – CDI

• Perform organizational and technical controls to ensure compliance with Nomura’s policies and regulatory requirements (DORA, CSSF Circulars, etc.)
• Support Identity and Access management activities, including responding to access requests, performing access control and reviews, and maintaining IAM tools
• Respond to information security requests and inquiries promptly and accurately
• Perform second line-of-defence controls on operational security, including but not limited to system hardening, vulnerability management, security event monitoring, and network security.
• Monitor enforcement of Information Security requirements using available tools and procedures
• Assess information security risk in business or IT initiatives and projects
• Prepare presentation materials for relevant committees and forums
• Collaborate closely with team members and IT teams
• Communicate effectively and promote a culture of security

• Educational background in Computer Science, IT or Information Security
• Good knowledge of Information Security domains, including governance, risk management, access management, and incident management
• Good understanding of IT operational security and monitoring (firewalls, anti-malware solutions, SIEM, etc.)
• Familiar with Information Security frameworks, standards and best practices
• Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on security threats landscape evolution and technologies
• Excellent team player with proactive and autonomous work ethics
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details
• Awareness of professional ethics, risk and compliance
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
