Our client, a fast growing PE firm, is currently looking to recruit a: Financial Controller – PE industry (m/f) Responsibilities Accounting & financial reporting Assist the finance team with the review of the accounting for the investment programs (ManCo, funds and SPVs) executed by an external service provider Assist the finance team with the coordination of audit process Assist with the review of the monthly reporting prepared by the loan administrator/custodian Assist with the preparation and review of regulatory reporting dedicated to investors Assist with tax compliance Financial control Assist the with the tracking/reconciliation of assets and interest calculation Assist the trade closer with the trade settlement process Assist the finance team with the cash monitoring and control Assist the finance team with the process of capital calls and distribution from target investments Assist the finance team with the management of leverage facilities Assist the finance team with the billing process and review of budgets Profile Degree educated in Accounting or Finance At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the audit/reporting/administration of alternative funds Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/DSCG/CPA or equivalent) would be a strong asset Experience and knowledge in accounting and legal/regulatory requirements for Luxembourg vehicles (SIF / SOPARFI) is an advantage Fluency in English is a must Highly motivated, multi-tasking...
