As a Compliance Officer, your responsibilities are:

Monitor and assess compliance risks within the organization.
Prepare the risk-based Compliance Monitoring Plan.
Participate to the performance of planned controls.
Contribute the periodic reporting.
Provide Compliance advise and guidance.
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization.
Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance department to enhance compliance frameworks.
Act as a primary point of contact for regulatory authorities in Luxembourg.

A Master degree in Law, Finance, Business Management or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Compliance, legal or Audit.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in Luxembourg.
Good knowledge in Luxembourg and EU's regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
