- Proactively support the Front Office as solution oriented Business Manager to further grow and manage the business
- Develop new ideas to further grow the business and increase profitability of the European Hub
- Proactively communicate changes / important information across the Front Office
- Perform KPI analysis (regular and ad-hoc) for the European Hub Luxembourg and identify measures to support growth of the European Hub
- Manage business related projects / initiatives to support the growth and profitability of BJBE
- Understand business and client requirements to assess impact and value of Front requests
- Proactively develop ideas to improve (Front Office-) processes to increase efficiency
- Perform / support data requests (from Head Office, Regulator, etc.)
- Support the Management of the EuroHub
- Prepare managerial decision papers and proactively steer the implementation of the respective decision
- Banking apprenticeship and Master degree in Economics, Finance or other related fields
- Good knowledge of and experience (min 3 years) in private banking sector, especially in an international context
- Experience in Relationship Management (e.g. Relationship Management Assistant) or Business Management is an added value
