  • Use standard methods and tools to measure and report on key performance indicators, such as response time, availability, safety, and integrity.
  • Create clear procedures and instructions for data sets to assist analysts and administrators.
  • Monitor and maintain data management systems to ensure smooth operation.
  • Safeguard the integrity and security of existing data management systems.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or incidents related to data management systems.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance on data-related topics to colleagues working with information systems.
QualificationsWhat would make you a fit for the role:
  • University degree in Computer Science or other relevant field
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of (R)DBMS systems design and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with MS SQL or MySQL administration.
  • Familiarity with cluster administration on both Windows and Linux platforms.
  • Knowledge of network storage solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
  • Administering a SQL Database Infrastructure certification.
  • Microsoft Certification: Azure Database Administrator Associate.
  • Administering Microsoft SQL Server certification.
  • MongoDB Professional Certification.
  • Certifications or expertise in any other data store platform technologies.
