We are looking for a SNC Senior Project Manager to join our team who will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering a project that span multiple units. The role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder coordination, and foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

o Develop project plans, schedules and resource coordination across multiple teams.
o Drive the execution of project activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and cost objectives.
o Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.

Stakeholder Management

o Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams, units, and business stakeholders.
o Facilitate regular status meetings, provide clear communication, and manage expectations across diverse audiences.

Cybersecurity Integration

o Collaborate with cybersecurity specialists to assess risks and define security requirements.
o Support implementation of basic cybersecurity controls.Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management within IT or digital transformation environments.
Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
Familiarity with ITIL service management practices or certifications.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), and risk management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.

Requirements

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
