On behalf of our client, a prestigious bank, we are looking for a “KYC Onboarding Expert (m/f/d)” for their office in Luxembourg.Your Responsibilities:

Responsible for the interaction with clients and their representatives during the onboarding stage and KYC process
Contact person for internal departments like risk, compliance, credit, legal and products during the management of KYC reviews and all scenarios of account openings
Producing and tracking KPIs
Acting as advisory and support for the client relationship managers
Performing periodic client reviews in line with regulatory framework and KYC policies
Interact with multiple stakeholders of market coverage locations (audit, operations, compliance, legal, etc.)

Your Profile:

At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in KYC/AML environment and onboarding
Good understanding of bank processes, policies and services
Fluent in English, any other language is considered as an advantage
Strong teamwork and organizational as well as problem-solving skills
