Data Operations LeadYour role & work environmentING Luxembourg is looking for a Data Operations Lead. It is you that we are looking for!In this role you will lead a team, set their standards and take responsibility for developing, innovating and safeguarding knowledge in the field of expertise. You will ensure the proper flow, migration and availability of data for business purposes and operations. You are a data specialist but also a good coordinator of activities.This role will report to the Super Circle Lead Data Operations and will be part of Operations business line.Your key responsibilities

Lead a team or work closely with different resources across the organization in order to contribute to the data strategy
Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues and referring very complex or contentious issues to others
Responsible for the data quality, integrity and lifecycle controls
Communicate clear objectives and implement them in the team and bring data quality activities together
Work on improving and simplifying the data by making it available safely
Responsible for the data integrity through data control and reconciliation
Maximize scalable data operations through consolidation and automation and work closely with the team by putting all efforts in this direction
Develop tactical plans for optimizing resources and assets being managed within a significant area or department.
Act as subject matter expert in an area of policy, regulation, or operational management for the team and beyond in the function

Have a proven experience in managing policies, procedures and different stakeholders
Data, Privacy, Security, Ethics and Risk understanding
Experience with data sensitivity
Experience of coordinating people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes
Proven experience in evaluating internal policies, adapting procedures in order to keep the bank safe and compliant but also to achieve data strategy
