As an Advisor, you will provide our asset management related clients with a wide range of regulatory and compliance services and administration support.Be a part of our team where you will:Assist in structuring of illiquid and liquid fund structures, including by liaising with supervisory authorities, and help our clients understand market challenges;Participate in complex restructurings that are key to our clients’ strategy;Assist investors in connection with their investments in investment funds;Navigate complex regulations such as DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act), AIFMD 2 (Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive), and emerging tools such as Tokenization that will contribute to our clients’ success;Assist asset management players in obtaining authorization and ensuring compliance with regulations;Coordinate with other specialists (tax, ESG, operations), fund service providers, and notaries.Let’s talk about you.
