Working closely with business teams, solution architects, data engineers, and analysts, you will play a key role in implementing Enovos' data-driven strategy.Data Architecture & Strategy
- You design logical and physical data architecture to ensure efficient integration of internal and external systems
- You define standards for data modelling, storage, integration, and consumption
- You collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust and scalable technical solutions
- You contribute to shaping and leading the company-wide data strategy, aligned with business and IT objectives
- You implement data quality standards, naming conventions, and documentation processes
- You ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
- You actively participate in enterprise data governance initiatives
- You maintain and enrich a centralized data catalogue to enable data discoverability, understanding, and usability across teams
- You implement data lineage and metadata management tools
- You collaborate with data owners to ensure data sets are trustworthy and traceable
- You evaluate and recommend technologies (databases, cloud platforms, ETL/ELT tools, data catalogues)
- You guide technical teams in building secure and high-performing data pipelines
- You provide ongoing support to Data, BI, and Data Science teams by ensuring the availability of relevant and high-quality data
- You hold a university degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent
- You have proven experience (4+ years) in data architecture, data engineering, or information system design
- Strong expertise in data modelling (relational, dimensional, NoSQL) and complex data flows
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), storage solutions (SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.) and processing tools (ETL, pipelines, DataOps)
- You have experience with data catalogue tools and metadata management
- You are detail-oriented, proactive and strategically minded
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details
- Highly effective communication skills in English. A good knowledge of French will be considered as an advantage
