- General administrative support: help with day to day administrative task of the centre (e.g. online purchases, entering a purchase requisition, mission requests, document management, meeting planning);
- Student technical support: solve first level requests (e.g. login problems, request for generic information) or dispatch messages to relevant people;
- Instructor support: support of Instructors in the training delivery and development process (e.g. coordination, review and update of course information, attendance tracking and up course reports);
- Contract coordination: process customer requests for services and coordinate with internal services to ensure a smooth service delivery;
- The candidate shall have at least two years of experience with the use of the Microsoft Office 365 Suite including collaborative applications (e.g. Teams, SharePoint). This shall be supported by describing the relevant professional activities.
- The candidate shall have at least two years of experience supporting customers (internal or external) using structured communication approach (e.g. using emails, organising meetings when needed). This shall be supported by describing the relevant professional activities.
- The candidate shall have at least two years of experience providing administrative support (e.g. entering purchase request, mission planning, purchase, meeting planning). This shall be upported by describing the relevant professional activities.
- The candidate should have at least one year of experience with course administration on a Learning Management System. This shall be supported by describing the relevant professional activities.
- The candidate should have at least one year of experience working in an ISO 9001 managed organisation. This shall be supported by describing the relevant professional activities.
- The candidate should have at least one year of experience working in an educational environment. This shall be supported by the description of the courses delivered and the pedagogical approaches taken.
- 10. The candidate should have at least one year of experience in developing support documentation (e.g. PDF guidelines, tutorial video, software contextual support). This shall be supported by the description of documentation produced and the relevant activities.
