
Learning & Development Manager – Business Engagement Lead (m/f/d)

- Serve as the lead L&D partner for the business, understanding its strategic goals and aligning learning initiatives accordingly;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business stakeholders to influence and shape the learning agenda.
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance to learning specialists embedded in other business units;
- Ensure consistency, alignment, and scalability of learning strategies across the organization;
- Build the enablement tools and mechanisms to drive the impact
- Design, manage, and evaluate end-to-end learning programs and initiatives including facilitation;
- Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable outcomes.
- Leverage learning analytics and business data to assess impact, identify gaps, and continuously improve learning solutions;
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Facilitate regular engagement forums, feedback loops, and collaborative planning sessions with business leaders;
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for continuous learning and development;
- Partner closely with HRBPs and broader HR stakeholders to drive alignment to maximize the outcomes.
- Stay abreast of L&D trends, technologies, and best practices;
- Promote a culture of learning agility and innovation across the business;
- Facilitate various experiments to embed L&D innovation into the business learning agenda to enhance the learning experience
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in L&D, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred);
- Have 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a managerial or strategic business partnering role;
- Demonstrate proven track record of delivering impactful learning programs and managing complex projects;
- Show strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
- Have proficiency in learning analytics, data interpretation, and reporting;
- Have experience working in a matrixed or professional services environment is a plus.
