
IT Call Center Operator

- Respond to support requests via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, adhering to SLA.
- Record, track, and monitor interactions in ServiceNow.
- Manage the incident life cycle, including resolution and closure.
- Assist with PC setup, reconfiguration, and maintenance.
- Follow up on issues and maintain incident ownership.
- Liaise between staff and IT for issue resolution.
- Update documentation in SharePoint and the Knowledge Base.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience (including traineeships).
- Strong IT knowledge, including Windows, Linux, macOS, and internet browsing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office 2019/Microsoft 365).
- Experience with remote work tools (VPN, Skype, Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., HP Service Center).
- B2+ proficiency in spoken and written English and French.
- Being solutions-oriented, a team player, and a quick learner.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in international, multicultural environments.
- Knowledge of/or experience in ITIL environment.
- Knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
