
Analyst - Risk & Valuation

- Perform fund and asset level risk assessments, as well as ongoing risk monitoring.
- Perform valuation model / report reviews of real estate assets and private equity assets (incl. infrastructure and debt).
- Prepare quarterly reporting on AIFM functions, such as portfolio management, risk management and valuation.
- Administer AIFM services for a portfolio of real estate and private equity funds (incl. infrastructure and debt).
- Client relationship management including ongoing multi-channel communication such as face-to-face, videocalls and email.
- Document sensitive conversations with our clients led by senior members of the team.
- Ensure that all permanent files are adequately maintained for all clients.
- Assist ongoing monitoring and oversight of the fund / fund sponsor - ensuring controls and procedures are being adhered to, ensuring the fund is being managed in accordance with the fund documentation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
- Up to 1 year of previous experience in AIFMs or similar roles in the fund industry.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations for which there may be out-of-the-box thinking.
- Ability to plan effectively, with strong deadline orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
- Strong MS Office/Excel skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team.
- Fluency in English is a must, every other language is considered an asset.
