
Banking & Finance Lawyer - Complex Cases, Career Development

- You will be drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents such as loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and legal opinions.
- You will be advising clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, structured finance, and syndicated lending.
- Provide regulatory advice related to financial services, banking laws, and capital markets regulations in Luxembourg and other relevant jurisdictions will be part of your responsibilities.
- You will assist with the structuring of complex financing deals in collaboration with tax, corporate, and fund specialists.
- It will be asking you to coordinate and liaise with clients, opposing lawyers, banks, financial institutions, and public authorities.
- You will contribute to client development initiatives and support partners in business development and thought leadership efforts.
- It will be essential to stay up to date with legal and market developments in the banking and finance sector.
- To gain a solid understanding of your new environment, you have at least 5 years of experience as a Banking & Finance lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
- Fluency in both French and English is essential to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties. Any additional language is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset are key to performing well in this role, especially when it comes to meeting deadlines.
