Together we can make a great impact for our clients home and abroad, securing their lasting success and financial security.Our Corporate Action/Income Team being part of the Deutsche Bank Luxembourg Private Bank (PB) Operations Department is specialized in providing suited solutions to internal business partners and external counterparties.As a member of a highly specialized PB Operations Team, you will have to ensure flexibility and a customized working process to accomplish and assume various responsibilities. We are searching for a full-time employee to fill the position.ResponsibilitiesProvide business support and respond to daily operational inquiries.Inputting, processing and monitoring of Corporate Actions.Processing of Income payments (dividends, interests, redemption etc.).Ordering of tickets for Annual General Meetings.Acting as a central point of contact for all process related issues/improvements.Review workflows and operating procedures to ensure that they remain up to date and assist on implementing new processes.SkillsExcellent analytical and data management skills with strong attention to detail.Proficient in MS Office 365; knowledge of Avaloq is considered an asset.Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.High control awareness, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.Knowledge on Private Equity and Hedge Funds would be considered as an advantage.Excellent communication skills, both internal and external; proactive, service-oriented, and positive mindset with strong team spirit.The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.Well-being & BenefitsEmotionally and mentally balanced:
