
Application Support Analyst

- Provide functional and technical support for front-office and private banking applications
- Handle Level 2/2.5 incident analysis, including non-standard production issues
- Liaise with development and infrastructure teams to coordinate issue resolution and deployments
- Manage application releases and patching, including early morning production go-lives
- Participate in a rotation-based shift (between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM)
- Be available for monthly Saturday patching (on rotation) and occasional weekend go-lives
- Ensure documentation of recurring issues and knowledge sharing with the team
- Master Degree in IT or relevant experience in a similar role (2-5 years)
- Experience in a Production Support or Application Support role, ideally in a financial environment
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot and document undocumented issues
- Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Team player with a service-oriented mindset
- Fluent in French. English is a plus
