- Draft/review of legal documentation in terms of incorporation of companies, day-to-day operations, liquidation
- Monitor the various steps of the transactions, ensure adherence at all times with Luxembourg law, with capital markets legal requirements as well as with internal Vistra processes, including AML/KYC
- Ensure in-depth knowledge of allocated files and related fee arrangements, assist with recoverability.
- Ensure Compliance with Luxembourg legislation and Capital Market legal requirements.
- Debt collection of outstanding invoices
- Coordinate activities to resolve issues concerning taxes, administration and banking of client companies
- Detect possible corporate and tax issues
- Handle client requests regarding transactions/statutory and outflow
- Work in close collaboration with team members, law firms, auditors, tax advisors and other relevant parties
- Organise the preparation of shareholder and board meetings together with the Accountants and Corporate Secretarial Assistants
- Maintain effective and timely communication with clients, including the planning of the Corporate Calendar
- Monitor completeness of client files
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Luxembourg market/regulations (legal, tax, accounting, reporting, market developments)
- Collect KYC documentation (as required)
- Record the working hours/client in the time billing system according to the objectives set
- New business development activities in potential organic growth
- Take up directorship mandates in client's companies, if requested
- Coaching junior team members
- Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties including lawyers, bankers, tax advisors and notaries
- Be a team player and be supportive towards your colleagues
- Take initiative by proactively following up on daily matters
- Anticipate potential queries and issues. Address these queries in a timely manner by informing the responsible Senior Manager, Corporate Manager or Relationship Manager
- Ensure that client deadlines are met
- Adhere to internal procedures at all times
- Build up an in-depth knowledge of your portfolio of clients, i.e. background, purpose and structure
- Able to demonstrate a strong level of experience with a professional service firm
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg legislation
- Good communication and organisational skills in order to meet tight deadlines
- Proactive and flexible with a client service orientated attitude
- Able to multitask and prioritise
- Able to solve problems and work independently and as a member of a team
- Law, Economics degree or relevant ascertainable industry experience
